While I will add to the good reviews for Terri, I can give a review from a different perspective – that of a former realtor (17 years in the biz). We needed a realtor to sell our Chicago condo long distance. Accordingly, we interviewed several South Loop realtors during a trip back to Chicago, including Terri, who had the most professional, impressive presentation with lots of comparables to determine price and a comprehensive marketing plan. We made the right choice. Even long distance she kept us up to speed with paperwork and feedback. When our first contract fell through, she worked even harder to get our condo sold and was successful! I wholeheartedly endorse Terri as a solid, hard-working realtor who will work for you until the job is done

Terri got me the townhome that I just moved into. I cannot recommend her enough. She was incredibly patient, very timely, stuck with me through my numerous flip flops and never pushed me for anything. She spent a long time trying understand what exactly I was looking for and then she produced the results. She patiently worked with me for over a year. After deciding to rent my condo I was originally planning to go about managing the rental process myself. With time challenges and little knowledge of the ins-and-outs I relented. Having known Terri from a local community club and being aware of her experience in the real estate market, I asked if her group could help. We began to talk rental ranges, steps and inked an agreement. The photographer she hired did a great job and, come to find out, was shortly after featured in a Crain’s best of Chicago offices photo shoot. With all the showings and communications with potential renters she handled I would have never been able to have the place rented the day after I moved without her help and some luck. It was obvious Terri felt a strong desire to be fair and friendly in her dealings with me and the potential renters. She helped put me in reasonable rental range and kept things in perspective when challenges arose. Her job is to help close so I’m glad to have pushed on the monthly rate.

My wife and I recently listed our townhouse in the South Loop and engaged Terri Buseman as our realtor for the sale. Terri helped us determine a list price and advised us anytime she felt it would be best to lower it. Even though we had it listed in the Fall and Winter, she had a few open houses for us. Over the period of our listing agreement, the townhouse was shown over fifty times, either by Terri and her team. We always received feedback after a showing, with suggestions when they were needed. The townhome sold in February and closed in late March. Her input to the appraiser was critical, and the sale was both smooth and very profitable. Terri is the ultimate real estate professional, and I would recommend her services to anyone, especially in the South Loop.
